Over expose image:

1.)An over expose image would be 1/4 and a wide Aperture and a Shutter Speed of 1/4 sec. Because it would have a shutter speed that doesn't have too much light and it's not gonna come into the camera.

Underexpose image:

2.) A underexpose image would be F/32 it will probably be have a small Aperture and a Shutter speed of 1/1000 sec. And it would be a fast shutter speed so it didn't have enough light.

Properly expose image:

3.) A properly expose image would have to be F/32 and the shutter speed would have to be 1/4 sec.

4.) Is ISO 100 better or worse for a setting of F/1.4 and Shutter of 1/4 sec. WHY?

Well a F/1.4 the Aperture is wide open and it was gonna come a lot of light, but a shutter speed of 1/4 sec. is not allowing enough light to enter, therefore ISO 100 would help us balance the light.

5.) Is ISO 800 better or worse for a setting of F/32 and Shutter of 1/1000 sec. WHY?

ISO 800 would be better for a setting of F/32 and shutter of 1/1000 sec because, F/32 is small which give us not enough light and 1/1000 is fast which also give us less light and if we add ISO 800 would balance the image and apply the light that is correctly needed.
